Minneapolis Craft Market at Holidazzle 2022

This is the vendor registration page is for approved Minneapolis Craft Market traders only. If you are an artist wanting to participate in the market, please apply via our website at http://www.mplscraftmarket.com.

Minneapolis Craft Market returns to Holidazzle for a full season of festive outdoor fun. All vendors will be in outdoor tents, provided by Holidazzle. This year's event takes place Fri-Sun each weekend November 25 - December 18.

2022 Holidazzle Dates:

• Friday, November 25-Sunday, November 27
• Friday, December 2-Sunday, December 4
• Friday, December 9-Sunday, December 11
• Friday, December 16-Sunday, December 18

2022 Holidazzle Hours:

• Fridays - 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
• Saturdays - 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
• Sundays - 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Booth fees:

• FULL SEASON (all four weekends) 10x10' booth - $1800 - Registration opens 7:00 PM on September 6
• FULL SEASON (all four weekends) 9x20' booth - $2800 - Registration opens 7:00 PM on September 6
• SINGLE WEEKEND (Fri - Sun) 10x10' booth - $475 - Registration opens 7:00 PM on September 13, subject to availability
• SINGLE WEEKEND (Fri - Sun) 9x20' booth - $725 - Registration opens 7:00 PM on September 13, subject to availability

Registration deadline: 8:00 PM, Sunday, October 2

Payment:

Booths may be paid in full at time of registration, or reserved with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance is due by October 31.

To pay a 50% deposit to hold your booth, please use promo code DEPOSIT. This will be applied to the booth fees in your reservation only, any add-ons such as flooring and lighting will be paid for in full during registration. You will be sent an online invoice via email to collect the remaining 50% registration fee balance by October 31. Any balance not paid by that date will be considered as non-payment and your booth at the event will be cancelled and deposit payment will not be refunded.

Tents:

Each tent includes one electrical outlet, three side walls plus a securable closing wall for overnight, provided by Holidazzle. We encourage you to festively decorate your tent with holiday décor to showcase your winter goods to the Holidazzle crowds! The following optional add-ons may be added to your booth for an additional fee:

• Ceiling light - $50

• 8'x8' - $145
• 12x12' - $280
• 8x20' - $320
• 12x20' - $450

Vendor information

Vehicle Access:

• Vehicles are not allowed on Loring Park pathways during event operating hours
• Limited vehicle access will be permitted at designated unloading sites at Loring Park. Vehicles will NOT be able to unload directly at vendor space but may walk items in on a hand cart from the nearest vehicle access point.
• On event days, load-in is available starting two hours before event start time and must be finished one hour prior to event start. Load-out may begin 30 minutes after event hours conclude. Load-out must conclude two hours after event closes.

Parking:

• Holidazzle has negotiated rates with area parking ramps and surface lots for the event.
• More details on vendor-specific parking will be included in the vendor information sheet sent out on the Tuesday before the market.
• Holidazzle and mpls downtown council are not responsible for any parking violations received during load in, event time, and load out.

Security:

• Security will be at Loring Park within the designated event site 24 hours per day through load-in and load-out.
• Loring Park is a public park and open from 6am – 12am on a daily basis, including holidays.
• The pathways through event area will remain open during park hours.
• Due to the open public nature of the event and the event site, vendors understand they are solely responsible for any items remaining in their vending location. Holidazzle, Minneapolis Craft Market and its partners will take no responsibility for missing inventory.

Amenities:

• Port-a-potties will be located on-site for use during load-in & operating hours of Holidazzle.
• Free public WiFi is available in the park.

Details including load-in times, stall allocation, and directions will be sent out via email by noon on the Tuesday prior to the event. 

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received by October 2 will receive a refund, minus the Eventbrite cancellation fees. Cancellations received after October 2 will not be eligible for a refund.

NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you fail to attend a market date you have registered for and we do not receive any communication from you via phone or email by opening time of the market you will not be eligible to participate in any future markets.
